Secondly, after the compressor has been stored for a period of time and is to be used again, we need to take the following steps: If the compressor has been stored for more than 12 months, we recommend changing the oil before use. Replace the final stage filter. Check the oil level. Inspect the condition of the V-belt and replace it if necessary. Check that all markings on the inflating hose are clear and visible, and replace if necessary. Open the inflating valve and run the compressor for about 10 minutes. Close the inflating valve and let the compressor build pressure to check if the safety valve is correctly installed. Check the sealing of all connections and pipelines. Finally, let's learn about the maintenance and storage of the air breathing apparatus inflating pump. If the compressor is not used for a long time, it should be treated as follows before storage: 1) Remove the filter material from the filter. 2) Run the compressor idle for a few minutes to drain the residual condensate before stopping. 3) Remove the intake filter, restart the compressor, and inject a small amount of specified compressor oil into the intake port to coat the surfaces of the internal components with a thin film of lubricating oil. 4) Stop the machine, reattach the intake filter, clean the external components, and disconnect the power supply. 5) Cover it and place it in a clean and dry location. During the machine's downtime, it is recommended to start the compressor once every 15 days for 15-20 minutes each time.
