A long tube respirator generally consists of a gas cylinder, ventilation hose, and gas mask, among other main components. Due to the significant differences between each component, maintenance must also be differentiated accordingly.

1. Maintenance of the long tube respirator mask
1. After use, clean the respirator mask and filter pad thoroughly, and store them in a reserve box.
2. During storage, avoid compression and prohibit contact with harmful substances such as grease, acids, and alkalis. Store in a ventilated and dry place.
3. You can cover the face shield with plastic wrap and place it in the packaging.
4. The operating environment temperature should be between -5℃ and 40℃, and the storage temperature should be between 0 and 60℃. Do not place near a fire source.
2. Maintenance of the long tube respirator gas cylinder
1. The current gas cylinders are mainly carbon fiber and steel cylinders. When filling them, be sure not to exceed the safe pressure range, and the humidity of the air being filled should not be too high, otherwise it may lead to oxidation and corrosion of the inner wall of the cylinder.
2. Do not rub the gas cylinder against sharp objects or subject it to violent impacts, as this may cause damage to the cylinder, and in severe cases, lead to an explosion.
3. When not in use, release the gas inside the cylinder and store the gas cylinder in a protective shell to avoid scratches and other damage to the outer wall. The valve position of the gas cylinder should be wrapped in a packaging bag and stored in a naturally ventilated, cool area without air pollutants, avoiding exposure to sunlight and high temperatures.
