This machine is equipped with 2 inter-stage safety valves and 1 final stage safety valve to maximize human safety.
This machine is equipped with a pressure maintenance valve, allowing compressed air to be output at around 120-130BAR, forcing air through the filter element to improve air filtration quality and lifespan.
The motor model of this machine is equipped with a 220V magnetic starter switch or a 380V Schneider brand motor starter, both of which are of international quality.
In addition to the pressure maintenance valve and safety valve, this machine has an independently set stainless steel one-way valve to effectively prevent pressure backflow.
UV-resistant special plastic protective cover, enhances the flow of cooling air, increases the efficiency of the compressor.
Output is a high-quality flexible inflatable hose, with stainless steel compression at both ends to prevent hose damage, stainless steel inflation components, and KEVLAR high-pressure inflation hose, rust-proof, corrosion-resistant, and longer service life.
All rotating parts such as drive belts, pulleys, and fans have appropriate protection to make the operation process safer.
Precautions
1. Carefully read the user manual before using the air compressor.
2. The operating environment conditions for the air compressor should be below 40 degrees (can be improved by using exhaust fans for ventilation).
3. Air compressor lubricating oil and motor grease must not be mixed (use according to the specifications in the manual).
4. The power supply for the 380V air compressor should have balanced R-S-T three-phase voltage. The power air switch, power line, grounding, and neutral must be selected and connected to the air compressor according to the standards in the user manual, and the interval between the dryer switch and the air compressor should be greater than 3 minutes (to prevent overload).
