The one-piece firefighting protective suit set includes the following components: one-piece suit, firefighter helmet (silver and black capes shipped randomly), flame-retardant hood, firefighter belt, firefighting gloves, firefighting protective boots, placed in a black wheeled bag.
I. Wearing Method
1. Carry the positive pressure firefighter air respirator cylinder and fasten the respirator belt;
2. Put on the one-piece suit in the order of feet first, then hands, ensuring the belt is fastened to the one-piece suit's belt buckle in advance, place the air respirator pressure gauge inside the suit and through the left chest pocket for easy viewing, place the air respirator supply hose inside the suit, and zip the zipper to the chest position;
3. Put on the firefighting protective boots;
4. Put the breathing mask on from the bottom up, adjust the mask, tighten the mask adjustment strap, press down on the mask interface with your hand, check the mask for a good seal by inhaling, and install the supply valve onto the mask;
5. Wear the flame-retardant hood;
6. Put on the firefighter helmet, adjust its position, fasten the fixed buckle, and wear the hood of the one-piece suit.
7. Ensure the air respirator supply hose is inside the suit, then zip the one-piece suit to the top, press the nylon buckle, fasten the belt, and wear the protective gloves;
8. Finally, check if the air respirator is functioning well, and ensure all zippers and buckles are properly fastened.
II. Washing and Maintenance Methods
1. Before washing, remove any flammable dirt such as grease and petroleum from the protective suit, and close all zippers and buckles; it can be machine washed or hand washed, with a maximum washing temperature of 60°C, and should not be washed with other clothing; use neutral detergents, do not bleach, and do not dry clean;
2. The flame-retardant hood should be cleaned with soapy water and neutral detergent, then rinsed with clean water;
3. The firefighter belt should be cleaned with soapy water and rinsed with clean water;
4. The firefighting protective gloves should not be washed in a washing machine; they can be washed with a soft brush dipped in a small amount of neutral detergent; severe stains can be cleaned with dry cleaning agents.
5. The firefighter protective boots should not be scrubbed; they should be wiped with a soft cloth and air-dried.
6. Do not use hydrocarbon-based cleaning products or solvents to clean the helmet visor.
7. Under normal storage conditions, check every six months, and only use after passing the inspection.
III. Safety Precautions
1. Before wearing, check the equipment; if any damage is found, do not use it.
2. Before entering the fire scene, the collar should be raised to protect the neck. Avoid contact with open flames and sharp hard objects while wearing.
3. During firefighting and rescue, all components of the equipment should be tightly fastened, such as nylon buckles, zippers, collars, and neck guards.
4. If the protective performance decreases due to wetness, high-temperature burns, tearing, etc., withdraw in a timely manner.
5. After use, check promptly; if damage is found, replace it in a timely manner.
6. Do not use public laundry facilities to prevent the spread of chemical or toxic burning contaminants on the protective suit.
7. When the helmet visor shows signs of wear, scratches, or damage, replace it promptly.
8. When wearing the firefighting protective belt, the buckle should be tightened.
IV. Storage Conditions
1. During storage, do not let it come into contact with oil, acids, alkalis, or other flammable and explosive materials or chemically corrosive gases;
2. Store in a dark place, in a dry and ventilated indoor area, avoiding rain, moisture, and direct sunlight;
3. Prevent hooking and avoid mold;
4. When storing the helmet, avoid dropping or bumping; when storing the protective boots, avoid bending.
