The fireproof escape suit is strictly made according to the XF634-2015 "Firefighter Escape Suit" standard, used by firefighters for short-term passage through fire zones or for short-term entry into fire scenes for firefighting and rescue operations.
1. Material
This suit is composed of seven layers of materials including fire-resistant layer, fireproof layer, thermal insulation layer, waterproof layer, steam-proof layer, reflective layer, and flame-retardant layer, providing good fire resistance and thermal insulation performance. This suit not only serves as personal protection for firefighters during firefighting in flame areas but can also be used for personal protection of workers during high-temperature repairs in industries such as glass, cement, and ceramics.
2. Structural Features
1. The structure is: separate built-in respirator type.
2. The complete escape suit includes a jacket, pants, hood, gloves, and escape shoes (which include thermal insulation shoes).
3. Technical Characteristics
1. Main Performance
※ Fireproof, heat-insulating, can briefly contact flames while passing through fire zones.
※ Can withstand flame temperatures of 1000℃ for a short time. 2. Main Parameters:
※ Flame-retardant performance of outer layer material: damage length ≤ 2cm, burning time ≤ 1s, smoldering time ≤ 2s.
※ Tear strength of outer layer material ≥ 50N.
※ Radiation heat penetration performance of composite material: under a radiation heat source of 13.6KW/㎡ for 2 minutes, the temperature rise on the inner surface ≤ 25℃.
※ Flame resistance performance of composite material: burns for 30 seconds in a flame at 1000℃, with the inner surface temperature rise ≤ 25℃.
※ Overall heat resistance performance of the suit: when worn by a human model in simulated fire conditions at 1000℃, the inner surface temperature rise ≤ 13℃ after 30 seconds.
※ Weight: The weight of the escape suit (jacket and pants) ≤ 13kg. 3. Usage
2. Preparation and Inspection Before Use
The complete escape suit consists of a jacket, pants, hood, gloves, and escape shoes, and should be used as a complete set. Before use, the integrity of the entire suit should be checked; if it does not meet the integrity requirements, do not enter the work site. Inspection items include:
※ Check for any damage, loose threads, etc., on the surface of the suit;
※ Ensure that all parts and accessories of the suit are properly fastened, secure, and reliable;
※ Check if zippers and buttons operate smoothly and flexibly, if the pants suspenders have elasticity, and if the Velcro is intact and reliable;
※ Check if the visor of the hood is clear.
3. Precautions for Use
※ When entering the work site, ensure that the suit is complete and properly worn, and fasten the sealing components tightly to ensure good sealing of the suit.
※ Firefighters should be proficient in operating the accompanying equipment and using it correctly, such as wearing and using the air respirator.
※ Before use, place the thermal insulation shoes inside the escape shoes, then put the pant legs into the escape shoe tubes.
※ Put on the pants and escape shoes, fasten the suspenders, and tighten the belt.
※ Secure the respirator on the back, put on the jacket, tighten the fireproof rope and tie it securely, align and fasten the Velcro on the front of the jacket, cover the overlapping parts tightly, and fasten the buttons.
※ Wear the escape hood, secure the helmet strap, pass the hood strap under the armpit, adjust the tightness, and fasten the button to ensure the escape hood does not fall off during movement.
※ Put on gloves, tuck the gloves inside the sleeves, and tighten the cuffs. 4. Maintenance and Care
If the escape suit becomes dirty after use, it should be wiped clean. Use a soft brush dipped in neutral detergent to scrub the surface to remove residual dirt, then rinse with clean water and hang in a ventilated area to air dry. Do not soak or beat the suit with water, and do not bake it while drying.
5. Storage
1. The escape suit is packaged in a bag style, with one suit per package. It must not be unpacked and exposed for stacking; it can be stored in its original factory condition on shelves at least 20cm off the ground to prevent moisture and dirt.
2. The escape suit should be stored in a warehouse, and depending on the warehouse conditions, it should be ventilated and rearranged regularly, and aired out if necessary to prevent mold and insect damage due to moisture.
3. An unpacking inspection should be conducted every three months to check for any damage caused by storage.
4. During storage and handling, avoid contact with hard or sharp objects to prevent scratches and damage.
5. Storage period: three years.
※ Special Warning ※
1. The fireproof escape suit is a protective garment worn by firefighters for short-term entry into fire scenes for rescue, valve closure, and other firefighting operations. In longer durations, it must be protected with water guns or water cannons. Please note that no matter how good the material is, it can still burn in flames; this suit does not provide unlimited fire protection!
2. Firefighters wearing this suit must be qualified individuals trained for simulated fire scene drills!
3. This suit must be worn with an air respirator and communication device to ensure normal breathing in high-temperature conditions and maintain contact with external personnel!
4. It must not be worn in environments with chemical hazards, toxic gases, viruses, or nuclear radiation!
4. 不得在化学危险品、毒气病毒、核辐射等特殊环境中穿着使用!
