Fire insulation suits are protective clothing worn by firefighters during close-range fire operations, and their protective performance is designed strictly according to the requirements of the Ministry of Public Security.
The suit is made of composite aluminum foil high-temperature resistant fabric, insulation layer, and comfort layer, featuring abrasion resistance, fold resistance, good flame retardancy, and high radiation heat resistance, making it an ideal protective clothing for firefighters during rescue operations in fire scenes and high-temperature accident sites.

2. The complete insulation suit includes a jacket, pants, hood, gloves, and foot covers. Technical characteristics: fireproof, heat insulation, anti-radiation heat.
1. Main temperature resistance performance:
Can reflect less than 90% of radiation heat.
At nearly 300℃ high temperature, it can last for 1 hour; at 500℃ high temperature, it can last for 30 minutes; at a temperature of 800℃, the internal surface temperature of the clothing should not exceed 25℃ within 2 minutes at a distance of 1.75m from the fire source; can instantly approach a high-temperature environment of nearly 1000℃: after thermal stability performance testing, the dimensional change rate in the warp and weft directions is <10%, with no discoloration, delamination, carbonization, melting, or dripping phenomena.

Outer layer performance of the fabric
1. Flame retardant performance: damage length ≤100mm, afterflame time ≤2s, and no melting or dripping phenomena should occur;
2. Dry breaking strength in the warp and weft directions: warp 1100N, weft 920N.
3. Tear strength in the warp and weft directions: warp 116N, weft 110N.
4. Peel strength in the warp and weft directions: radial 36N/30 mm, weft 40N/30 mm.
5. Thermal stability performance: under specified tests, the dimensional change rate in the warp and weft directions should be ≤1%, and there should be no discoloration, delamination, carbonization, melting, or dripping phenomena;
6. Resistance to static water pressure: ≥110kPa;
7. The time for the internal surface temperature to reach 24℃ should not be less than 75S;
Insulation layer performance of the fabric
1. Flame retardant performance: damage length ≤100mm, afterflame time ≤2s, and no melting or dripping phenomena should occur;
2. Thermal stability performance: the dimensional change rate in the warp and weft directions should not exceed 10%, and there should be no discoloration, carbonization, melting, or dripping phenomena;
Comfort layer performance of the fabric
1. Flame retardant performance: damage length ≤100mm, afterflame time ≤2s, and no melting or dripping phenomena should occur;
2. Dry breaking strength in the warp and weft directions: radial 530N, weft 490N.
3. Insulation hood performance: left and right horizontal field of view ≥105°, upper field of view should be ≥7°, lower field of view ≥45%, colorless transparent window light transmittance ≥90%, light-colored transparent window light transmittance ≥18%; after high-temperature performance testing, the insulation hood should not have carbonization, melting, or dripping phenomena, and the window should not have obvious deformation or damage.

Usage
1. Preparation and inspection before use
The complete insulation suit consists of an insulation jacket, pants (or a combined jacket and pants), insulation hood, insulation gloves, and insulation foot covers, and should be used as a complete set. Before use, the integrity of the entire suit should be checked, and it is strictly prohibited to enter the work site if the integrity requirements are not met. The inspection items include:
Whether the surface of the clothing has any damage, delamination, aluminum foil falling off, or loose threads;
Whether the accessories of each part of the clothing are properly fastened, firm, and reliable;
Whether the zippers and buttons are smooth and flexible, whether the pants suspenders have elasticity, and whether the Velcro is intact and reliable; whether the view panel of the insulation hood is clear.
2. Precautions for use
When entering the work site, it is necessary to be fully equipped and dressed, and to fasten the sealing parts tightly to ensure good sealing of the clothing;
Firefighters should be proficient in operating and correctly using the equipped gear, such as wearing and using air respirators;
The insulation hood should be worn outside the firefighter rescue helmet, and after putting on the hood, the hood strap should be passed under the armpit, adjusted for tightness, and fastened to ensure that the insulation hood does not fall off due to movement.
The insulation foot covers should be worn over the firefighter boots and insulation pants, covering the entire boot surface and overlapping with the insulation pants.
Maintenance and Care
If the thermal insulation suit is dirty after use, it should be cleaned. When cleaning, use a soft brush dipped in neutral detergent to scrub the surface and remove residual dirt, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Hang it in a ventilated area to air dry naturally. It is strictly prohibited to soak in water or hit it, and baking during drying is also strictly prohibited.
1. The clothing should be inspected after use, and any issues should be repaired in a timely manner;
2. If it cannot be repaired or if the repair affects the overall protective performance, it must not be used on the job site;
3. The repaired thermal insulation suit should be inspected by personnel, and only after passing the inspection can it be stored, and it should be marked in a prominent position on the clothing;
Storage
1. The packaging of the thermal insulation suit is in a bag style, with one set of clothing per package. It must not be opened and exposed. It can be stored in its original factory condition in a box on a shelf 20cm above the ground to prevent moisture and dirt;
2. The thermal insulation suit should be stored in a warehouse. Depending on the warehouse conditions, it should be ventilated and rearranged regularly, and if necessary, it should be aired out to prevent issues such as aluminum foil falling off, delamination, mold, and insect damage due to moisture;
3. An unpacking inspection should be conducted every three months to check if the clothing has been damaged due to storage reasons;
4. During storage and movement, avoid contact with hard or sharp objects to prevent scratches and damage.
5. Storage period: two years.
Special Warning
Although the fireproof thermal insulation suit has excellent flame retardant and thermal insulation properties, it does not provide protection under all conditions:
1. When working near flames, do not allow direct contact with flames or molten metal!
2. It must not be worn or used in environments with chemical hazards, toxic gases, viruses, or nuclear radiation!
