Technical Performance and Purpose | This product is a freely movable, self-sufficient open, positive pressure long tube respirator. It achieves separation of man and machine, eliminating the need to carry a gas cylinder for ultra-long-distance operations. It has a small working load when worn, is flexible and convenient, and can be used by one or two people simultaneously. The gas cylinder configuration includes 4 units of 6.8L, with a dust-proof and shock-proof pressure gauge, luminous display, foot-operated locking wheels, and safe parking in various environments. The body is made of 304 stainless steel, making it lightweight and corrosion-resistant for greater safety, with carbon fiber wrapped composite gas cylinders. | |||
Usage: Open one or two gas cylinder valves on one side. The high-pressure air inside the gas cylinder passes through the gas cylinder valve, high-pressure hose assembly, four-way assembly, and one-way valve into the pressure reducing valve block. The medium-pressure gas after reduction passes through a 30-meter hose assembly, Y-joint, two 10-meter hose assemblies, waist valve, and supply valve before entering the full mask for the user to breathe. When the gas cylinder pressure drops to 5+0.5MPa, the alarm will sound, and personnel outside should immediately open the valves of the other two gas cylinders to restore the supply system to normal, while removing the used gas cylinder assembly for refilling with compressed air. At this point, the alarm will stop. This process can be repeated until the work is completed. (The product allows for the alternating replacement of used gas cylinders, achieving the characteristic of unlimited usage time.) When the alarm sounds, if there are no spare gas cylinders, the monitoring personnel outside should immediately notify the user to evacuate the work site upon hearing the alarm signal. | ||||
