5. Flame retardant performance: The flame of the helmet shell should self-extinguish within 5 seconds after the fire source is removed;
6. Thermal stability performance: Under a temperature of 180℃, after 5 minutes, the edge of the helmet should show no significant deformation, hard accessories must maintain functionality, and the surface of reflective materials should show no charring or peeling;
7. Lateral rigidity: The maximum deformation of the helmet shell should be ≤10mm, and deformation after unloading should be ≤5mm.;
8. Impact absorption performance: High-temperature pre-treatment (placing the helmet in 50℃ for 4 hours) the impact force on the head mold is 2768N; low-temperature pre-treatment (placing the helmet in -28℃ for 4 hours) the impact force on the head mold is 2814N; water immersion pre-treatment (placing the helmet in a water tank at room temperature for 4 hours) the impact force on the head mold is 2431N;
9. Penetration resistance performance: Low-temperature pre-treatment (placing the helmet in -28℃ for 4 hours) the steel cone did not establish electrical contact with the head mold;
10. Thermal stability performance: The rescue helmet, after being kept in an oven at 180℃ for 5 minutes, shows no deformation at the edge; hard accessories maintain functionality, and the surface of reflective materials shows no charring or peeling;
11. Electrical insulation performance: 0.8mA;
12. Chin strap tensile strength: The chin strap did not break or slip off, and its extension length is 16mm.
