The waist valve and quick socket should face upwards, suitable for comfortable wearing without hindering arm movement. First, insert the quick socket from the bottom into the gas supply pipe of the mobile air source, and then insert it into the quick plug of the waist valve, then insert the mask gas valve plug into the quick socket of the waist valve. Before connecting the mobile air source and the mask, connect it directly to the waist valve of the wearer. Open the gas cylinder valve of the mobile air source, wear the breathing mask, and breathe freely before entering the work site. If two people are using it simultaneously, they should wait until both are fully equipped and enter together, paying attention to maintain distance and direction to prevent accidents caused by mutual pulling of the air supply pipe.
Users of the long pipe respirator should receive comprehensive training before wearing. Before use, check whether the pressure of each gas source meets the working pressure requirements, and regularly conduct strict wear checks. If there are hidden dangers, it is prohibited to stop using the respirator, mobile air source, or escape source. During use, if there is a feeling of insufficient air supply, difficulty breathing, or other discomfort, evacuate from the site immediately or open the escape source for evacuation.
During use, the long pipe of the respirator gas source should be properly protected to prevent the long gas supply pipe from coming into contact with sharp objects, inclined angles, and corrosive media, or from friction with rough objects, to prevent punctures, scratches, etc. If it accidentally comes into contact with corrosive media, it should be washed and dried with clean water immediately. If the gas supply pipe is damaged or broken, it should be replaced immediately.
If the gas supply vehicle of the long pipe respirator cannot follow the user within a short distance, a guardian should be arranged to monitor, check the gas source, and notify the user when the gas source is about to run out. In case of an accident, this respirator has the following features: it can alleviate breathing difficulties during the escape process, a durable polyurethane transparent hood; there is an airflow conversion device that blows air into the mask to reduce fogging, and the gas cylinder is lightweight and can be refilled repeatedly.
